Simple terms for a happy pup.

These terms apply to your use of Pawly: Puppy Care Tracker (“Pawly”), published by To Infy. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Using Pawly

Pawly helps you keep track of your puppy’s care. It is a record-keeping and education tool and does not provide veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always follow your veterinarian’s guidance, and contact a vet or emergency clinic if you are worried about your puppy.

Pawly Academy

Academy lessons offer general, educational information about raising a puppy. They are not a substitute for advice from a veterinarian or a qualified trainer who knows your dog.

Medication

Pawly stores the dose you enter and reminds you. It never calculates, suggests or changes doses. You are responsible for confirming every dose with your veterinarian.

Reminders

Reminders are a convenience. They can be affected by device settings, permissions, battery controls or operating-system behavior, so do not rely on them alone for critical care.

Pawly Pro

Pawly Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks additional features on devices using the same App Store or Google Play account. It is not a subscription. The price is shown by the store before you buy. Apple or Google processes the payment, and refunds are handled under the store’s rules and applicable law. You can restore a purchase from Settings or the Pawly Pro screen. Features available without purchase are identified in the app.

Your data

Your data belongs to you and stays on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for keeping backups; Pawly provides tools to create and restore them. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

Use Pawly for personal, lawful purposes. Do not reverse engineer, interfere with, misuse or redistribute the app, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Pawly reliable, and we may improve, change or discontinue features. We do not promise that the app or notifications will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Pawly is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. To Infy is not responsible for decisions about your pet’s care or for indirect losses arising from reliance on app entries, lessons or reminders. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the effective date above when we do. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply, subject to applicable law.
