Your puppy’s data stays yours.

Pawly works without an account. Your puppy information stays on your device unless you explicitly export it. We cannot see your puppy data.

This policy explains how Pawly: Puppy Care Tracker (“Pawly”), published by To Infy, handles information. Pawly is a record-keeping and learning tool for puppy parents.

What Pawly stores on your device

Puppy profiles, activity logs (potty, meals, water, sleep, walks, crate and training), routines and reminders, health records (vaccinations, medication, weight, vet visits, observations), Pawly Academy progress, and the photos and documents you add. This information is kept in Pawly’s private storage on your phone. Pawly has no account, no server and no cloud storage for your puppy data.

Crash reports and analytics

Pawly has no advertising and never tracks you across apps or websites. We do not sell personal information.

• Crash reports (Sentry) are on by default so we can find and fix problems. They contain technical details only — app version, device model, operating system and the error — never puppy names, notes, photos or health records. They are not linked to your identity. Switch them off anytime in Settings → Privacy.
• Usage analytics (PostHog, EU hosting) are off unless you turn them on. When enabled, they record anonymous counts of which features are used — never what you write. No personal profiles and no session recordings are created.

Purchases

Buying or restoring Pawly Pro is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms and privacy policies. Pawly only learns whether Pawly Pro is owned on your store account; we never receive your payment details.

Permissions

Pawly asks for notifications, photos, camera and Face ID / fingerprint only when you use a feature that needs them, and keeps working if you decline. Reminders are scheduled locally on your phone; nothing is sent to a server.

Exports, backups and diagnostics

When you export, back up or create a PDF, Pawly creates a file on your phone and opens the system share sheet. Where that file goes is your choice, and the destination you pick processes it under its own policy. Pawly also keeps a small technical log on your phone (app version, errors, database version) that never includes names, notes or medical details. It is shared only if you choose Export Diagnostics.

Retention and deleting your data

Your data remains on your device until you delete it. You can delete individual records, a puppy, or everything from Settings → Data & Backup → Clear all data. Deleting the app also removes its data from your phone. Because we do not hold your puppy data, we cannot recover it for you — keep a backup if you want to move to a new phone.

Children

Pawly is a general-audience app and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and, where required, the App Store privacy details and Google Play Data safety form.
